Overview
Focreedy develops and operates private internal software used by authorized personnel within our organization, including Amazon BI Pro.
Information We Process
We may process business contact information, account identifiers, operational reports, product information, order and inventory information, financial reporting data and technical logs needed to operate our internal systems.
Amazon Information
Amazon information is accessed only for legitimate internal business purposes such as sales analysis, inventory planning, reporting and account management. We do not sell Amazon information or make our private application available to unrelated third parties.
Security
We use access controls, strong passwords, multi-factor authentication where available, encrypted transmission, endpoint protection, backups, logging and least-privilege principles. Credentials and tokens are stored separately from source code.
Retention
Information is retained only as long as required for internal operations, legal obligations, security and historical reporting, then deleted or anonymized.
